RETURN POLICY

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

BRAS - All of our bras are refundable or exchangeable within 30 days of ship date, no questions asked. Bras must have been purchased through ExquisiteForm.com. They must also be returned in their original condition - unused, unwashed and accompanied by original packaging, including tags.

UNDERWEAR - All underwear is final sale and not refundable or exchangeable.
 

RETURNS PROCESS

Once you submit your return request in the contact form above:
1) One of our customer service representatives will first approve your claim. Please allow between 5-10 business days to process the return.
2) We will e-mail you a USPS return label to print out.
3) Affix the label to the package and ship it back.
 

RETURN CHARGES

We do not charge you any restocking fee or return shipping charges for returning a bra.
 

REFUND

We will reimburse you for all of the merchandise and all the applicable sales taxes, minus the original shipping costs.
