First step
Wrap a measuring tape under your bust. The measuring tape should be parallel across your body and snug, but neither tight nor loose.

Ideally, in a non-padded bra, measure the fullest part of your bust. Once again, the measuring tape should be parallel and snug, but neither tight nor loose.
Cross sizing or sister sizing
Did you know that if you’re preferred bra is not available in your size you can try cross sizing? Simply go up a band size and down a cup size, or you can also go down a band size and up a cup size for a comparable fit.
